Yeah I know this. My post was directed towards Path who said voilent protesting cannot get you arrested
. . .

Lordy no one is saying protesting peacefully is bad. We're saying using violence and destruction of property to block someone from speaking is bad.

E: Even and ESPECIALLY if you don't agree with said speaker.
Um....INHs post clearly implied that whoever he was talking to was saying that violent protesting is okay

I don't know who is arguing about what anymore.

And I see no discussion of Annoying Orange threatening to take away federal funding from UBerkley if they don't let him have a presentation... He does realize that they loving organized the event, right? They called the police and they tried to control the riot but they told the university that it wasn't safe for the event to continue, so they were forced to cancel. I'm seriously embarrassed for the US right now.

They chased a man down and beat him unconscious with clubs.  They hit him after he was out on the ground.

yeah, jesus christ. i saw a picture of that guy being beaten on reddit and started tearing up

how the forget can you do that? how can you watch around 20~ or so people support/beat up a man with a different political view? are you loving mental? are you ok?

Milo's handicapped but a loving riot

I know right? Dude doesn't even deserve a riot. A better protest would have been to buy up all the tickets and then just not show up. Let him speak to an empty stadium lmao

what an insightful post
i think that the post he's quoting is so colossally handicapped it doesn't warrant a response at all

I don't think anyone disputes that though. Even in the most radical left-wing circles, you aren't going to find many people who want to actually legalize violent civil disobedience.

The mayor of berkely himself supported and encouraged the violence.

I'm pretty sure he doesn't get money from the tickets... The university would take that money.
