You should have some sort of idea what you'd want and what would be balanced for you.
Blockland has a wide variety of different balances, depending on what you use. So just making something might not work out exactly for you, and, like I said, you should know what your server needs. I wouldn't want to join the server of someone who just slapped everything together without any thought.
