Silencing the opposition is a right-winged thing but not necessarily a fascist thing. Fascists do it, but that is because they are right-winged. The only thing you could say about leftists silencing the opposition is that they aren't very left.
I disagree completely, atleast that's what happens in my country, the major left side supports commumism here, if you try to have a normal debate, they try everything to silence you calling you fascist and attacking your point of view, people that are considered right here in Brazil don't do that or neither attack them doing such thing, so basicly the alt-left attacks the people with a different political perspective, they're the ones being fascists.
Actually, I'm pretty sure the same thing is happening jn the US, back in the election times a man did a test on two public areas, one that is mostly a Annoying Orange zone, and other a a hillary zone, he hold a sign saying to vote for the opposite side, the Annoying Orange side barely didn't do any sort of attack against him, while the hillary side, so many people came to him and insulted him, and then a group of SJW's surrounded him with verbal attacks, so which side is the most fascist one now?
