really tho:

short distance running (less than 3 miles) when i feel like it (not often sadly)
sometimes i go freerunning and tricking with the boys
occasionally choreographed / break / freestyle dance, not so much anymore
hybrid martial arts training at least every other day
lifting / calisthenics when i need certain muscles stronger for ^ hma or freerunning

(indoor) rock climbing and swimming

Soccer and occasionally I play baseball.


Tennis, Occasional Volleyball, Taekwondo, building speed for twelve hours

Sports wise, I play Soccer and I throw Discus and I'm learning to throw Javelin this year, I also run the 800m race. Activity wise, I lift occasionally, and I try go for a run every so often to stay in shape.

I play the ol' cup and ball game if you know what I mean.

I walk forever. Seriously, every day somewhere between 3 and 10 miles. Usually 5-7. All because I don't drive, but still, it adds up to me being thin and having massive calves.
