tell me if you live long enough to see it

or if you got any plans to see it when the day cometh (but not directly unless you want to burn your eyes)

you'll still see it. the black line is only the TOTAL eclipse. you should be able to see plenty of eclipse from probably anywhere in the US

also, important detail that the graph doesn't tell you: the greatest eclipse will be at 18:26:40 UTC, which will be 12:26pm eastern time
