migrants can go to any number of safe countries but they only go to the handout nations.

this is the opinion of a conservative talk show presenter who just so happens to be an attorney, not a structed, unbiased, evidence-based review of the legality of obamacare from a constitutional law perspective to which I was implying
but thanks anyway

I'll take my legal advice from an actual attorney, thanks.
who just so happens to be an attorney,

he didn't even say whether it was constitutional or not he just said "i don't want to help provide healthcare to people so i don't like obamacare"

Just wait until you see how much bombing an empty airfield costs you in taxes.

(Or better yet, the $400/gal the military charges taxpayers for gasoline)

sucks to be you then because lawyers like Shapiro tend to form their opinions from structured, unbiased, evidence-based reviews (as lawyers just learn to do over time)

also if Shapiro's assessment is just "opinion" then what does that make the SC assessment?

One of the most dystopian things about this country is seeing people start Gofundmes to pay for their cancer treatment, so that's why we should have universal healthcare.

here you go

Yeah, healthcare's a necessity for most people nowadays, besides what lanyard richards like Ben Shapiro say. But of course Shapiro and all these other starfishs believe so much in "market-based solutions" to healthcare that they think you die if you can't pay your medical bills.

What was presented in the video was not a legal brown townysis of anything. It was an opinion, stating that he does not want to help provide healthcare for others, and therefore he does not like Obamacare. No attempt is made to discuss whether or not Obamacare is constitutional or otherwise, and it completely revolves around his personal opinion on the matter and nothing else. There is nothing in that video that only an attorney is qualified to say. The SC assessment says that Obamacare is constitutional, and unless there's some overwhelming consensus amongst US constitutional lawyers that it's not, I'm going to trust the supreme court on this instead of some random internet conservative that didn't even address any of the points that you seem to be claiming he is.

Quote from: Definition - dystopian
relating to or denoting an imagined place or state in which everything is unpleasant or bad, typically a totalitarian or environmentally degraded one.

dystopian does not defaultly mean 'orwellian government', it's just a genre of fiction where the world is forgeted up beyond recognition.

there are plenty of dystopian novels where human governments no longer exist

so that's why we should have universal healthcare.

oh my god lmao
