sucks to be you then because lawyers like Shapiro tend to form their opinions from structured, unbiased, evidence-based reviews (as lawyers just learn to do over time)
What was presented in the video was not a legal brown townysis of anything. It was an opinion, stating that he does not want to help provide healthcare for others, and therefore he does not like Obamacare. No attempt is made to discuss whether or not Obamacare is constitutional or otherwise, and it
completely revolves around his personal opinion on the matter and nothing else. There is
nothing in that video that only an attorney is qualified to say. The SC assessment says that Obamacare is constitutional, and unless there's some overwhelming consensus amongst US constitutional lawyers that it's not, I'm going to trust the supreme court on this instead of some random internet conservative that didn't even address any of the points that you seem to be claiming he is.
