I don't know why anybody would want to download my old, awful pack (or this one for that matter) but in case you do here's a fixed link I guess. Mind the horribly bloated filesizes and inconsistent quality. Thanks to
this guy for PM'ing me about it. I guess I should add this to the other loop packs list, although I do eventually want to replace every loop in this thing.
