Author Topic: what the forget is it with these fidget spinners  (Read 25734 times)

these things have plagued my school and i find them really loving distracting and annoying especially when they misuse it by banging it into the desks and accidentally dropping it making the pieces come part and crap
This

EDIT: While these things are a replacement for something to mess around with, I did not get how they help with any "medical problems". I borrowed my friend's spinner and I could not focus for one second, and even though I decided never to get one, it's so god damn distracting when 6 people have worn out spinners from spinning them off their richards, hearing the noise when you're trying to work in the silent classroom.

I miss Tech Decks. Back in elementary school, I thought it was kind of cool how you could do actual tricks with them, but for some reason they never got stocked in the toy store near my house. Instead I brought my hotwheels to school and got made fun of.

Fifth grade was rough :(
man people still use, and make, techdecks at my school and it's nice

kill the fidget sinners
I got my own, spinned it a couple of times, and then i loving burned it

the gas station by the interstate sells them and i'm really tempted to buy one

tbh they're not awful, it's just the bandwagon effect of it getting popular.
the toy itself is fun for a while and was really just made for people who had a fiddling problem, such as clicking a pen

i should probably get one of these
i used to chew on my nails really aggressively because of anxiety which led to disgusting nails and bloody fingers
i started flipping my knife with my left hand while i did things with my right and i no longer bite my nails
a problem is that when i flip the knife i do it aggressively, such as i did with the biting of my nails so the back of my hand is all bruised and cut from a few misses
i feel like a fidget spinner or maybe even a rubik's cube might be the solution to this

ew imitators
