Simcity 4 and Simcity 2013 are both really nice.

World of Warcraft also has some amazingly outstanding orchestral stuff as well, just gotta find the right tracks as there's like 2-4 tracks for every zone in the game.
Game of Thrones is not a game, but the season 6 soundtrack is exceedingly good.
