I'm out of the public school system now, and I want to thank you guys for making me giggle at all the antics that have happened in the past ~6 years here. This is probably one of the must unique communities I've been apart of, and I haven't seen one like it. You guys are cool, don't change BLF.

why the forget do you get medals for graduating?

when i graduated all i got was depression and mild social anxiety

i got a kick on the ass into adulthood

so same thing basically

people get loving hundreds of dollars for graduating middle school and medals for graduating high school. smh i got chicken mcnuggets when i graduated eighth grade

i got chicken mcnuggets when i graduated eighth grade

lmao saaaame except i went to burger king

for graduating highschool i got a total of like 60 bucks from relatives, 3 medals and a fine arts cord. the medals were all basically "exceptional grades" variations so i only wore the most distinguished one to the ceremony. didn't look as cool as the other multi-medal nerds but i couldn't deal with the stupid clanking

Thanks guys!

The medals are for taking four years of core classes or having a ton of credits. The cord is for donating a gallon or more of blood.

congrats on becoming a gradient

I got almost 200 bucks when I graduated but my mom was really scrapped for cash so I had to give it to her
