current plans are to get 30 or 32 stages, we're at 25 so far.
this is a fairly slow process as each stage needs to be tested for exploits that can be used to skip to the next level.
we're also going to avoid rail jumping from this point as it's incredibly inconsistent, from electrk's
amazing experience on stage 22 (we'll still use rails, but you won't need to jump on them).
