How times have changed.

The jews at Take-Two and Rockstar have decreed an end to the golden era of GTA Mods. OpenIV is the big tool that allows people to manipulate and poke about any RAGE Engine game, and in doing this, they've set quite the precedent.

The developers can't afford to spend the time or cash at court, even though they would be fully capable of fighting any legal action that did happen, so they're taking the safe route and stopping developer and distribution of the tool. This is going to have huge impact on the community, and I'm sure we're only seeing the start of what's to come.

I wonder how this is going to affect any PC ports of Red Dead...
