It's kind of like french dipped sandwiches. Some people dont like soggy bread, some don't mind it.
but french dipped sandwiches are actually good. the soup adds a nice flavor and you still have the solid texture of the meat and whatnot. but with milk dipped pbj, you replace any solid material you once had with sog

Cookies dipped into milk = slightly softer crunch with cold yummy liquid
Sandwich into milk = soggy nasty stuff bread ew

or do you eat the cookie and drink the milk right after before swallowing. i gotta eat and drink because you just don't get enough milk with dipping you know what i mean
