Could we get an M4 version of the SMG like in the HD remake? Just a diff model with the same script.

Balance issues:

+Crowbar - range is too short, you can't hit players that are running away from you. Make the range like 4.

+Pistol - remove velinherit on projectile, it makes the gun useless for laggy players
       right click essentially turns it into an automatic weapon, which makes it extremely unbalanced and spammy even if its a low powered weapon

+Revolver - it raycasts, making it a stuff weapon to use in any scenario

+Shotgun - very buggy reload and the secondary fire is way too OP, as the reload speed is too quick

+SMG - grenade is better than rocket launcher, extremely op, reloads too fast

+Hornet - weaker than the pistol.

+rocket launcher - slow projectile, long reload. overall useless compared to the SMG, which is probably the best weapon of all listed above

Make the Velinherit 0 for all projectiles, as it screws up aim when moving fast and completely ruins all usage

More issues, these ones make this addon fail-bin worthy and also prove this was never tested!

Right clicking with the pistol or the shotgun when in midair makes them fire around 100x faster. Same is true with the crowbar's left click.

It only plays the fire animation quicker, but they don't actually fire bullets faster. It just looks like it goes faster

Wtf lmao? I've never had this issue. You're aware that if you hold right-click the pistol will rapid-fire less accurate rounds right?
You're gonna have to upload a video or something because I'm testing it right now and it's fine

Should I just use the damage model from HL1 deathmatch lol? That was the original plan

This doesn't overide stuff in the Old School/Defaultish Weapon packs with the same names, right?

Most of it is prefixed with HL1 so it shouldn't

I'm having trouble reproducing the issue. Are you trying to fire and it goes into a weird reload loop or is the effect noticeable whenever you reload?
Might be an add-on conflict tbh

I hosted a DM and nobody won when they used these weapons.
for some reason the kills don't seem to register as a kill, but more of a death. (as in, nobody killed the person)
fix this? I know it isn't something wrong with slayer as I checked everything

Scoring seems to be working on my end, but I'll investigate further later today

Okay so I looked into this and I concluded that it works in normal minigames but not Slayer minigames. Is there an extra step I'm supposed to be taking when making guns that account for Slayer?

i remember that was possible for the hl1 pistol at least (in the actual hl1)

reloading over and over for no reason
