I know its a pretty bad question, but how do you anti alias? thanks.

is that the one in graphics settings?

no, like how to make pixely lines smooth, like in deals...

I wouldn't recommended that you try to use anti ailaising unless you have a decently powerful graphics card (Nvidia 7950 or higher) because it seriously puts more strain on your graphics card and wastes processing that could otherwise be used to render more bricks at a higher framerate.

Im pretty sure thats not possible without losing quality/ weird blurring effect.

Well, you're losing precision of the original image, but you're gaining visual perception of greater quality.
