Author Topic: [opinion thread] how do you feel about refugees entering the US?  (Read 2370 times)

i think you shouldn't move a bunch of people from the 3rd world to the 1st world without expecting some type of culture clash. syria has no history of any type of western values so expecting the people from that type of culture to adjust automatically to a better one isn't going to happen. it's why you get refuges self segregating. they aren't even trying to adjust. there are tons of muslim countries that would be a perfect fit but for these people but instead we get politicians saying "well we banned jews during wwii so we need to take them ;((("
My experiences are anecdotal, but every second generation muslim/arab has been very well adjusted to American society and culture. Maybe they segregate at first, but I don't imagine that it'll stay that way - their children will inevitably be exposed to the local culture.

from the middle east, screen them well and you're good. the immigration process is already extraordinarily obnoxious, so it really discourages terrorism that way
fun fact: in the US, more people died from armed babies than foreignborn islamic radicals

fun fact: babies dont have an ideology

how do you know that

fun fact: babies dont have an ideology
that's what they want u to think

Why should we pay to bring them over here when there are numerous countries in Europe willing to take them in?

"You have to go back."

we did not let any refugees in during world war two and we will not let them in now.

Yeah that was pretty forgeted up

I don't really care as long as a monthly limit is established or something.

This is pretty much my stance

I've yet to hear a single good argument against bringing in refugees from around the globe. The vast majority of dissidents have objections stemming from xenophobia or Islamaphobia

< move the goalposts so that every dissenting argument is classified as muh racism
< "I can't think of any argument that doesn't stem from racism"

Why does literally every liberal do this? Is it part of the conditioning?

vet them and make sure they're actual refugees and not just migrants and i'm fine w/ it

but why/how would we do this? europe is a continent away. the people who are refugees right now are not the sort of people with the wealth to sail an ocean or get plane tickets

if they somehow manage to get here, then fine. vet em and let em in if they're clean

While I know that not all refugees are extremists on their beliefs, a lot of them are and that is the problem, example of this is what's happening in europe.

actually a lot of the terror attacks are home-grown thanks to tolerance of extremist sects, like the deobandi mosques in britain (for those unfamiliar, the taliban are deobandi sunni muslims)

of course, stuff like the köln rape attacks are pretty clearly migrant related

I don't want them here or in Europe at all, they have no experience with western culture and values and they're also being sent here in mass waves to promote white genocide.
