basic exterior, interior if possible, preferably with doors that support that addon where you can open doors by clicking them, preferably seating/standing positions too. If the train could be a giant vehicle (3 coaches, all in the same mesh) that would be great.

Wow forget are you in luck man the stars have aligned or something I literally have exactly that sitting in my unreleased projects folder. It's even 3 coaches and stuff.

Since it's not 100% done I can't guarantee it'll work totally fine, but it works. Doors are a work in progress but I aim to change that in the future.
