Looking For "Advanced Roads Ramps" Addon

A while back an addon for some really nice road bricks was released, and featured a pack with simple roads, complex roads, and ramped roads. Somehow the ramped roads were said to be lost to the community. Apparently QuadStorm had a link to the ramps brick but the link is now dead.

Does anybody have the addon? If so you can upload the file on a file-sharing website like MediaFire or various others which is easy and free.
