Put this in Steam\steamapps\common\Blockland\base\data or if you're not on steam just Blockland\base\data and overwrite the existing death.wav. Make sure to back up the older one. It should work.

if you are hosting a server on said clients it wont be heard by just you

Clients download brick textures and other stuff from the server. I don't know why, but they'll use that file, despite the fact everyone should have base files so there's no reason to get them from the server

its cause the ones on the server dont have cache hits for the file and so are downloaded by the client
