You know, whenever im in a mood to just have fun, i just play a video game. Just like everyone else. However the only genre of games thats right up My alley is Platformers, as theyre very easy to pick up and play.
Except for Mega Man, that stuff is loving impossible.However, my all time favorite 2D platformer is

Doraemon 2: Nobita and the crCIA in toyland!
If anyone here knows about Doraemon, call me a weeb all you want because i dont care. I loving love this franchise.
As for people who dont know about Doraemon:
Doraemon (Japanese: ドラえもん) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Fujiko F. Fujio. The series has also been adapted into a successful anime series and media franchise. The story revolves around a robotic cat servant named Doraemon, who travels back in time from the 22nd century to aid a pre-teen boy named Nobita Nobi (野比のび太 Nobi Nobita).

So upon starting the game, it may look like an RPG to you. However, if youre curious and like to explore in games, youll eventually discover:
The game is actually a 2D platformer! It just has some RPG segments inbetween levels to pad things out.
Also, if the game looks anything like Super Mario World, thats probably because it should.
The gameplay is very traditional, you can walk, jump, stomp on enemies, the usual. However, you can also shoot weapons that are actually Doraemon's Gadgets from the anime!
Shooting isnt equipped by grabbing a power up, its actually a main key element to the gameplay!
