What does freedom of speech have to do with giving exemptions out like candies at a parade?
letting someone who decides to do what they want with their body enlist isn't giving exemptions, its common decency. also its the 14th amendment. also 'exemptions' being 4 million dollars of health insurance every year for the entirety of the transgender soldier population. also being transgender isn't a debilitating mental disorder that interferes with your ability to perform a job
