Server_PGDie not working

I've enabled PGDie on my server but it just doesn't work. Nobody explodes into gibs and nobody plays any death sounds. Are there any add-ons that interfere with PGDie?

Would Vehicle Gore interfere with it? Are there any other death sound changing add-ons I could use?

I think I'll just use Soun_TourettesGuy. Less problematic.
