I did but I couldnt cause asus decided to use thermal adhesive
it's not adhesive, it's thermal paste to eliminate the layer of air between your CPU and the heatsinkif it's "adhesive" it has dried up and no longer as effective, you should replace it with fresh paste
As Anybody said,It also causes air bubbles and gaps in the compound, which is probably why its almost at its TJMax
no you see willthe guide im reading to tell me how the forget to replace my CPU cooler says the heatsink and fan should come off easily with little forcemine cant even come off with moderate forcebrother that stuff cement
