keybinds for scrolling tool bar

so like my scroll wheel died and i was like

'ya know it'd be nice if I could use a keybind to move to a wrench and stuff'
and i want to suggest that so like

e.g + and - could be keybinds
+ = goes upwards in the toolbar
- = goes downwards in the toolbar

just an idea no need to do but it would be useful for people with no mouse or a broken scrollwheel

If you have a stuffty trackpad that cannot properly scroll it is useful. I did not have a mouse for a while so I had to bind a few keys to scroll the inventory.

I have ctrl+arrow keys bound to scrolling
it's pretty useful for painting things
