It's almost like they want to update it so everyone has a new version and not mismatched ones that may conflict or cause other problems.

No the problem is, people will use it, I do not want them to due to how broken it is and how horrible the functionality it had. I have mentioned this before.
I am stubborn on releasing add-ons but only when they're either incomplete (which gamemode maker was actually incomplete) or they have bad functionality - there are some exceptions of course such as my City gamemode.

I am planning to make a newer version with tons of features and fixes (of course) (yes it will happen but it's a slow timespan due to school and work)
