Are the Blockland Forums in limbo right now?

we as a forum are definitely in a weird state right now where people seem as though they're looking to get banned, there seems to be a "purge" of habitual problem users coming on the horizon but I don't know who that entails, the one thing for sure is that the BLF is not dying

what the hell happened?
i've looked around the forum history for the past couple days i've missed but i have no clear answer.

Electrk used his fake Ad Bot account to post an image linking to Badspot's research site, satinminions. He got banned for impersonation and linking research. Several people were unhappy with this, and took the opportunity to... make fun of Badspot? in protest. Rather than ban them, everyone involved with SM avatars had their avatar changing privileges revoked. Badspot writes a post about how stuffty those people are and how BLF is on thin ice (being that the game is dying, there's little reason to maintain a forum - especially one that goes out of its way to attack you). A few other people have been banned for disrespect and bein stuffty since then.

That's the short of it.

nobody was making fun of badspot, we were making fun of his art. take adam ellis' comics for example



nobody is trying to piss adam ellis off or gain negative attention. we simply point out how awful his comics are and move on. likewise, we were just pointing out how weird his erotic art is and several of you people just use it as your chance to "wow trolling as usual" or whatever floats your narcissistic look how much better i am than them boat

you could call it whatever you want but to be fair i support badspot and his games/art which is why i bought this game. he doesn't really owe us anything but we really don't owe him much either, so those of you who think we're taking stuff for granted or are problem users who deserve what we got can go eat my nut
