Bethesda's creation club has effectively killed FREE mods that require F4SE support.

Bethesda could have found a more simple way to have creation club without forcing updates but they just wanted to find a way to screw the free mod market.

Not to mention loving creation club eats up harddrive space. Every loving mod on creation club will automatically get downloaded to your harddrive.

but what mods use F4SE?

none of my mods rely on that. is it mostly for larger scaled mods that affect the game in massive proportions?

Place Everywhere is a big one. If you want to build anything that's not a diseased wooden shack with a million gaps it's essential lol.

There's also a mod called Better Locational Damage that intensifies the damage model a little bit, but uses F4SE

is it not obvious that people will still find exploits to use f4se

EeeeEEeeeRRRrrmmM, yeah, it involves waiting for an update to F4SE that could take weeks, and some mods that aren't being updated anymore are broken forever.

i can still use stuff like homemaker and ocdecorator

good to see tony doesn't only septuple post on the forums

Sim settlements use F4SE.

"introducing creation club for fallout 4"

bethesda could give a modder 1,000 dollars for a mod. But if 50,000 people buy the mod for 5 dollars bethesda makes 250,000 dollars. the modder gets no extra dollar. Bethesda makes a 99.9999% profit
