its more like 7/10 times. also cops sign up for their job understanding that they will have to make sacrifices in order to serve the people around them. the philando castille out there that is wrong place wrong timed by a trigger happy cop never signed the 'you may die in this job' waiver, they were just minding their own business and suddenly a cop says 'dont move' and shoots you half a second later because you were already in motion, ready to obey their previous command which was 'please show me your id' which you had more time to react to
this is one of those times where 'oh man hopefully they wont do it again after their paid vacation' isn't the appropriate response from anyone. it should be more along the lines of 'we should train our cops to be more level-headed to avoid casualties'
