nine times out of ten the shooting of a black people is totally justified because we have a tendency to chimp out around cops instead of listening to commands
obviously not every shooting is justified but let's not act like black people get shot for no reason

its more like 7/10 times. also cops sign up for their job understanding that they will have to make sacrifices in order to serve the people around them. the philando castille out there that is wrong place wrong timed by a trigger happy cop never signed the 'you may die in this job' waiver, they were just minding their own business and suddenly a cop says 'dont move' and shoots you half a second later because you were already in motion, ready to obey their previous command which was 'please show me your id' which you had more time to react to

this is one of those times where 'oh man hopefully they wont do it again after their paid vacation' isn't the appropriate response from anyone. it should be more along the lines of 'we should train our cops to be more level-headed to avoid casualties'

this entire discussion is relevant to the nurse incident. you have a cop who thinks he has the authority to threaten a citizen who is doing nothing wrong. he probably feels in his heart that she's committing some crime and he's doing the right thing, but obviously that's not the case

Not every situation is like the Castille shooting.

The vast majority of police shootings aren't like the Castile one, but when the entire police force comes out to defend their crooked buddy, that's when people start to associate all cops with the one bad one.

It's like if the medical community tried to shove it under a rug whenever one of their colleagues commits malpractice. Nobody would be saying, "Not every situation is like that one doctor that sewed two dudes' richards together." They'd be like, "Why the forget is the medical community condoning this?"
