idk if you're posting this ironically but if the Congo swapped to Communism those people would still be dying. They don't have the resources they need to survive because they're in a less habitable and less developed region of the world. The easiest way to fix this would be 1st world intervention--aka getting serious with foreign aid programs. If we diverted half of all military spending to foreign aid we could probably cut that number in half within a few decades and we'd still be the strongest nation in the world. Capitalism is bad because it benefits a very small percentage of the population and hurts the majority. socialism is the way to go and this is supported by the undeniable fact that moderate socialist countries are the happiest in the world for the vast majority of the population.

If you need to be the richest or very rich to be happy that's your problem not the rest of the worlds. I think most middle class people (where the majority of the population are) are happy with how they live, and if they aren't it's probably not because they aren't incredibly wealthy.

That wasn't my argument. Saying capitalism kills 20 million people per year is probably frivolous, but so is the estimate of 100 million people across all time killed by communism. Both are statistics made by extremely careless historians.

And again, the true answers lie in the ideologies of these two groups. Anti-fascism is fighting against genocide and tyranny; fascism is fighting for those things. And holding open rallies for fascism is essentially declaring violence. That people would try and equate these two groups as equally bad or making the former worse is ignorant.
