update: asteroids
before you tell me yeah i know they look like stuff but i don't care. anyways we're adding asteroids because we don't like the sound of mothership engineers supplying the fighters with energy to power their weapons in favor for a shaky alliance (read the post here:

) so what fighters will do is destroy asteroids with mining lasers to obtain energy needed to operate maneuvering and weapons systems. asteroids also have the side affect of serving as barriers for projectiles. if this makes the gameplay worse we'll probably remove the asteroids in favor of something else that powers fighters. note that we don't like the asteroids supplying power to fighters solution either because its like grinding and forget grinding so if you have a better idea tell us

i don't like how they don't match the untextured blocklandy aesthetic of the fighters/mothership but if you thinks its good then good

i think they look good but i don't know if you were being literal in your post because it literally looks like a giant sphere of stuff after reading that
