Server Mini-Game

I'd like a feature in V9 that allows the host to make a Mini-game with out joining and be able to set it to default when they enter the server. Also the host should be able to change and control it like any other mini-game but with out having to be in it to do so.

Most of the time I have a server that I need a mini-game as default but after 20 mins or so I get bored and want to go build some thing but I'm able to because I have to host the default mini-game so this feature would be very useful.

I've always wanted this. Also I want a feature to be able to exclude others as well in case they were helping me work on the build/minigame.

Yes that's also what I wanted, I may have a challenge but if they complete it I want to kick them out of the mini-game so they can build.
