no no no, kids can play games, but parents toss them the phone, like it's a toy, like they don't need to restrict it or do anything so they're kid doesn't end up on 4chan or something like that.
This mirrors how parents tossed their kids a game console in the early 2000s, and got pissed when the games they bought had BLOOD and CURSING in them because they forgot too look at the loving ESRB labels.
This stuff might have passed ten years previous in each respective situation, but now we have the means for the parents to parent intelligently, unfortunate thing is, 9/10 parents aren't intelligent because they're life and they're child's life are more than likely loving accidents or really, mistakes.
