good playtest time to rebalance like everything

gonna probably shift shrapnel into like, just for tower pillars, or default (if you dont take stun). i understand now why pload and predator originally locked it to sniper bullets hitting supports.

If anyone wants to make maps for this i'll gladly take them! I can offer donation status and a placement in the credits for anyone who makes one! Please contact me beforehand though so I can send you the official colorset and a download to all the bricks I use, as well as go over some of the details of what I've found help makes a good prison.

I'm also in the process of implementing map rotations so it would be perfect if we got more than just skill4life's and dark x-rane's map
