I'd definitely say so, its pretty easy to install now (just takes a bit of time), and the english patch is very well made and maintained.

not pso2 but i recently bought a dreamcast that came with pso. i've considered trying it online, since you can use a raspberry pi as a dial up modem, and there's a few people who still play it online today
