Manono is a part of American Samoa and follows American Samoan gun laws in which handguns, semi-automatic, and automatic rifles are prohibited, and there's a whopping 255 registered gun owners out of the 55,000 people living in Samoa so sure.
either way people are dying. just because japan can keep people from killing each other one way that doesn't help that they're literally just killing themselves
