looks like they got a tutorial/guide here: http://www.svencoop.com/manual/server-basic.html
if you were to download this, you'd probably run it with these arguments:

SvenDS -console -port 27015 +maxplayers 12 +map pvp_workplace +log on

I'm probably stupid but the map has an uncanny resemblance to dm_office from the unreleased Half-Life Dreamcast port. Fine map in any case, nothing to say about it.
