It would be cool if you could pick them up and put them places and use them for target practice :P

I don't think that it should be a weapon, just use it as what you named it. A dummy for target practice that you can place anywhere.

i don't think you should even be doing that, the whole pourpose why badspot changed the minifigs to be squere,legless and armless is to prevent himself from being sued by Lego.

Why would this allow him to be sued? He has nothing to do with this, this is something user-created. If anyone should be sued it should be super cool.
