jesus christ what the hell. this isn't even just teen stupidity, this is pure evil. throwing a stuffton of rocks (including a huge ass 20 pound one) out at cars and having one of them kill someone? yeah, that's some genuine evil if i've ever seen it. thank god these heartless fools are not getting away so easily because the judge is sane.
edit: the guy that got killed had a 5 year old son. holy crap.
