sometimes i feel like my vision pauses and starts again

So I would be outside, looking and then I would feel weak, like I'm having a heart palpitation and my vision will pause, and then after a second or so it returns to normal and I feel like nothing happened, I also feel like I've stopped breathing during this.

this kinda happens when i stretch really hard. I just get really weak and im put into this weird state for a couple seconds where Im not processing anything and im just sitting there slouched over. like my brain just resets it's really weird

same here. if I am slouched and stretch my arms really far up and slanted, my ears pop and my vision goes purple for 2 seconds and back again.
maybe we are all just a bunch of freaks

yeah its just blood not circulating around the eyes and head so your vision forgets off a bit

ive had a much worse version of this where i loose vision for like 10 seconds straight and completely fall over in the process
