probably not they haven't called me back

Try being proactive and calling them, "hello, my name is XXXXX and I would like to check on the status of my application and interview."

if they don't think i'm of value to them, i'm not going to bother calling them. their judgement was the interview and clearly i'm not good enough for the job.

I'm not telling you this because it's futile. I'm telling you this because it's a solid strategy. If they're looking between you and another applicant and need to give an answer at the end of the day, and you call back, then they'll acknowledge that as interest in the position, despite it not being the position you originally wanted.

Stop wasting time and just go for it.

Almost all his cries for help turn into him being a defeatist little baby, it's the only reason I remember his name

No don't do that. Reaching out and grabbing is what helps you get ahead in life. You need to call them and try everything you can to get that job. And if it doesn't work out, then you gotta move on to the next one and treat it the same way. Determination is required on your part, don't just bury your head in the sand and say its hopeless.

get over yourself and call them back bro. i have a couple friends who work as managers in retail/fast food and they say they dont even care about applications, theyre basically almost all the same: highschool/college kids with little experience besides volunteer work. the ones that stick out are obviously ones with previous experience, but that doesn't mean much because anyone whose not mentally handicapped can work retail. if two interviews went well and they had one position, they said they always just hire whoever seems more proactive about wanting the job. the most common way of showing that was calling back after the interview, or stopping into the store again and asking about the position

youre talking about this stuff like you know it again, but seriously, its not that deep

I've gotten two of my three jobs by checking in after I put in my application. Seriously, do it.

We all have some state of social anxiety, but it can be overcome. Take that call my dude

i'll try to call friday which will be a week from the interview. i'm giving it 4 days.

Not proactive enough. You need to go for it now, or perhaps no later than two to three days after the interview.

If you actually want the job then do it now, dude.
