Author Topic: Lost my key!  (Read 2279 times)

Hey everyone! I bought Blockland waaaay back, as you can tell. My BL_ID is 20937. I really want to get back into blockland (after like 5 years) but i realized i don't have my product key anymore. I tried to recover it but every email i tried was wrong, and i'm at a loss. I just realized i made a forum account way back and i tried to log in, and here i am! I got my forum account back but i still don't have my product code or email :( Can i get any help? I really want to play with my old account again!

Oh, and i forgot to mention! Yes, i have tried emailing blockland support and i never got an answer back :(

Without the original email there's really no way to recover your original key. You could email or pm Badspot and ask if having your forum account is enough to get your key back, though it is unlikely.

I honestly doubt it, I don't there's been a case of someone getting their key back through their account.

You used to be able to, but at this point, his stance is along the lines of "if you lost your email address or used some non-permanent e-mail (like one from an ISP) then that's your problem" nowadays.

Im sorry to say this, but your only option is to buy another key.

What you can do, and it's something I did when I lost access to an email I had an account on, is to get the transaction number from when you bought the game. It would take some serious digging up in the bank account that the game was purchased with, but if you can do that, and get that transaction ID, that would be sufficient proof to have him update your email.

Then again, keep in mind that he did that for me way back in like, 2012, so I don't really know that he'd be up to doing that anymore.

Try this out, if it don't work then I'm not sure.
noedit: You need to know the email name for this option.

If you have your original blockland installation knocking around, and the computer that it ran on, then you can recover it using KeyUtils.
