The new installment of the series got released two days ago, the reviews are very biased on some websites but, overall it looks like a lot of fun and a huge improvement compared to NFS2015 (I can tell because I have that game) I just wanted you guys to know.

A lot of people says that the physics are a thousand times better than in NFS2015.

Interestingly three cars from the car list appear to be missing, both Volvos and the RX-7. Even more interesting at least one of these appears in a mission (The Volvo Amazon).

Doesn't appear to be but based on the upgrade system it looks like that was the original intention.

They're not needed or forced into the gameplay, it just skips a bit of grinding to get better perfomance parts.
