i am literal skeleton and i have no appetite to eat 5 meals a day. also i dont want to loving die trying to get weight


eat whenever you're hungry

snack alot like throughout the whole day

the goal to gaining weight is to eat more calories than you burn off, but dont cheat this by eating alot unhealthy foods that have alot of calories

The key is just to eat a lot of carbs. You should try to avoid foods with a lot of saturates, sugars, fat etc however, because those are what makes gaining weight generally unhealthy.

Lmao those are terrible suggestions. You don't want to eat loads of calories. You want your body to increase muscle mass. Work out and eat lots of NATURAL proteins. Using the Whey thing will quickly get the mass you need but you'll lose it as soon as you stop taking it.


postdata: if you do begin eating lots of meat, you must excercise (unless you can afford a kidney transplant...)
