blockland key will not authenticate at my current place of residence

hey guys whats up
so my blockland key hasn't authenticated at my fraternity house all semester. I went home and it worked perfectly fine. does anyone know what I can do to fix this? i'm currently on a signal booster/wifi extender. any help would be apreciated

If it does connect and show the text "auth.blockland.us" on the screen, and it still doesn't work, then this is beyond my realm of expertise.

it's showing that. could it be a firewall issue?

do you use steam or non-steam blockland?

restarting steam usually helps with authentication issues.

its a netgear but issue persists on the normal wifi as well
