na it already won mod of the year 2015 and it would win every year if it was updated once a year and that counted, gotta recognize new mods not keep re-recognizing old mods

like i totally forgot about the HL1 pack, which is really good. would suck if mods like that didnt make the top list cause new dup took a spot every year

Maybe there could be categories, like "best prints," "best weapons" etc. so that add-ons of all different varieties can be praised. :D
