That picture has nothing to do with NN.  It's not limiting access it's just saying what each tier of speed is good for. It's also 100% real, not hard to prove at all.  Just look up Comcast Speeds

it's just suggestions man. it's not saying "you must buy the higher tiers to do these things", it's saying "these things might not work so well on the lower tiers"
altho for the record, netflix works just fine on my like 300Kbps connection so

Actually now that I read them closely they are slightly different, someone may have shopped the picture.  The names of each package are changed, the items in them are the same but worded differently, and the actualy site doesn't have an asterisk.  So it's either an older picture or someone made some really small changes for some reason.

Pretty sure it's just older, cause that one has 2Gbps fiber and the current site doesn't.  But really the wording isn't that different at all and the asterisk only applies to if the fiber is in your area or not.

personally? I think it's newer. someone's traveling through time and we need to find out who it is before they mess with the time-space continuum in ways that can't be fixed. I've already found a few clues. I'll let you guys know when I find something new. until then... good luck
