i think trying to decode anything from the background is prooobably worthless - just looks like static

also, seeing as so far we've already got the typical ol 'image name from imgur' trick used in this arg, and that this image is once again some sort of 'let's question reality instead of something actually subtle' is telling me this arg isn't going to be special at all. i'l wait for any genuine surprises though

i mean so far we've just had hidden stuff in images. quite boring, unoriginal and easy to make, to be honest. judging from the second image being of paint.net's default loving new document resolution i'm guessing this forum alt account is currently diving into paint.net to fish out some more generic 'find this stuff in this hidden image!' stuff that i'm noticing is so overdone in args. honestly i'm probably being harsh by saying this, but i'm getting tired at so many args popping up with none of them really... being too interesting anymore. maybe i'm just loosing interest from seeing them so often.
