Refresher on Blockland

I haven't been on this forum for years and honestly it's been years since I've played blockland. Has anything new happened? Anything memorable? I feel like blockland itself is in it's own 2010 limbo and nothing has changed. Correct me if i'm wrong

A lot has happened. For example, some years ago, interiors and terrains (aka maps like bedroom, slopes, etc) were removed to make way for shadows and shaders.
