I've been thinking that someone should add an extension that adds language support for Torquescript on Visual Studio Code to make add-ons easier to code and develop on in general.
For those who don't know what it is, Visual Studio Code is a free source code editor that is actively being developed by Microsoft (Correctly this time)
It contains a system called Intellisense, a reliable tool I've found when trying to learn coding. More info right

I would imagine that the fact that Torquescript shares a file extension with one of Microsoft's own products (C#) might cause problems.
There are other existing Torquescript plugins for other editors, someone else may be able to recommend one
